By merging our unique backgrounds and dual certifications in Molchanovs and AIDA, we offer training that is as technically sound as it is creatively inspired.
At OZEN we believe the ocean is a space to return to. We created this school to bridge the gap between technical mastery and inner stillness — training that is as technically sound as it is creatively inspired, taught by two instructors dual-certified in Molchanovs and AIDA.
The foundation of everything. By slowing your breath, you slow your world.
Moving beyond the surface to experience a realm of silence and weightlessness.
To the marine life that surrounds us, and to the deepest parts of yourself.
It started with a shared passion for the ocean. We met here as freediving instructors but quickly found a bond that went far beyond the water — and built OZEN as a female-founded space, where safety is our standard, not an option.
7 years of surfing, 4 years of teaching freediving, & a lifetime of loving the ocean.
"From the moment I caught my first wave, the ocean felt like home. Discovering freediving changed everything — it opened up a whole new world below the surface and gave me the confidence to tackle bigger waves above it. Now, my favorite thing is helping others overcome their fears, build confidence, and experience the water in a completely new way."
From a professional swimmer to competitive freediving athlete.
"My life has always been defined by the water. Guided by the ocean, I have learned to respect its power and surrender to its rhythm. In the profound silence of the deep, I find my complete stillness."
Surf, Yoga, Movement and Breathwork Trainer.
ISA Level 1 Surf Instructor.
"As someone who travels around the world to surf, it's in the ocean where I find utmost gratitude for the beautiful life I get to live. I believe in the freedom the ocean brings — one movement, one breath at a time."
Certifications are offered under both AIDA and Molchanovs — pick whichever agency suits your future diving plans; the water time is the same either way.

No. To join our fun dives, you must have completed at least an Introductory Freediving Class or hold an equivalent freediving certification. During fun dives, our instructors focus on safety and underwater photography/videography rather than teaching skills, so prior freediving knowledge is essential.
